Using the website

Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us, applying, purchasing, or creating an account. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person's information, or use the site to violate another person's rights.

Professional services

Professional services are governed by the proposal, statement of work, order, or other agreement accepted before payment. That document controls the scope, deliverables, schedule, responsibilities, revisions, fees, cancellation rights, refund eligibility, and ownership terms for the engagement.

Origin House OS subscriptions

Origin House OS is a subscription business system. The exact features, billing frequency, price, and checkout terms are shown before purchase.

Monthly or annual subscriptions renew on the cycle selected at checkout until canceled. To prevent a future renewal, request cancellation before the next billing date by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not erase amounts already due.

Availability can depend on third-party platforms and integrations. We may update features, workflows, or supported integrations while preserving the core service represented at purchase.

Payment and billing

You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method used at checkout for the amount and billing frequency shown. You are responsible for accurate billing and contact information. If a payment fails, service access or delivery may be delayed, retried, or paused as permitted by the applicable order or subscription terms.

Intellectual property

The Origin House name, identity, website, methods, copy, designs, software configuration, and other materials are owned by iGroup Brands or used with permission. Transaction-specific ownership and license rights for client deliverables are controlled by the accepted proposal or agreement.

Do not copy, resell, publish, or create derivative commercial uses of our protected materials unless the applicable agreement or written permission allows it.

No guaranteed outcome

Origin House does not guarantee a business, revenue, marketing, audience, funding, procurement, content, or operational outcome. We are responsible for delivering the services and systems described in the accepted transaction documents, not for results that depend on market conditions, third parties, platforms, customer actions, or information outside our control.

Third-party services

Some services use third-party platforms, payment processors, hosting providers, communications tools, and integrations. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside the scope we expressly agree to manage.

Conflicts and updates

If a signed agreement, accepted proposal, order, checkout, or subscription term conflicts with this general page, the transaction-specific document controls for that transaction. We may update these general terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
