Payments

Payment information is handled by secure payment providers, including Stripe and the payment services used by HighLevel or LeadConnector for existing SaaS transactions. Origin House does not receive or store full payment-card numbers from those hosted checkout flows.

How information is shared

We may share information with service providers only as needed to perform contracted functions, such as website hosting, customer relationship management, payment processing, email delivery, scheduling, analytics, security, and professional support. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business reorganization.

Origin House does not sell personal information.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain business and accounting records, protect security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the reason it was collected.

Your choices and requests

You can unsubscribe from promotional email through the link in the message. Transactional or service messages may still be sent when needed to manage an active purchase, account, or request.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational measures appropriate to the services we provide. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13.
